Application Help
LG MBUS service tool is used for quick service checks with one M-BUS device. A typical workflow checks the converter, port, primary address, baud rate, and device response in HEX form.
Recommended Workflow
- Connect the converter and verify that Windows shows the correct COM port or converter network interface.
- Set baud rate and address according to the connected meter documentation.
- Send a basic request and check whether the device returns a complete telegram.
- Before changing an address or other parameters, record the original device state.
